Disposition

Exit timing is continuously evaluated, providing a real-time assessment of risk versus return. Because disposition windows can be short, this disciplined approach is an important means of mitigating risk.

The disposition of assets is never delegated to third parties. Successful disposition requires experience, strong negotiating skills and a thorough knowledge of physical plants, construction methods, financial and leasing markets, legal, environmental and insurance matters.
